The hotel had warm and stuffy rooms that were in need of updating, with a disappointing bathroom experience. However, the service staff went above and beyond to assist, although some areas lacked attention to detail. The location was beautiful, set in a country estate with a golf course and spa. The dining options were good but had some service issues. Overall, a subpar experience for a supposedly upscale hotel.

My stay at the hotel was overall wonderful. The rooms, though a bit old-looking, were very spacious and comfortable. However, the temperature was too warm upon arrival and during the night. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff going above and beyond, even assisting my wife to the hospital in the early hours. The location, overlooking the golf course, was excellent for a relaxing stay. The dining experience offered a wide variety of options but fell slightly short compared to higher-end establishments. The facilities were great, contributing to a pleasant stay.
